how does ConECT work?

MartJack ConECT works by creating a central product catalog of your products with a high quality rich media experience and accurate real-time product information (including pricing, offers, features etc.)

  • ConECT is powered with MartJack which offers solutions to manage products, offers and customer relationship and uses a do-it-yourself solution that requires no technological expertise
  • You can simply login and create accounts for your employees. Employees can login and quickly update catalog, offers, content, product information etc. which will be reflected across all of your ConECT terminals with zero extra effort!
  • Customers access the terminals and can search products based on features, prices, brands etc. They can also easily compare products and look at ongoing offers. The system tracks the users phone numbers or email to help you follow up and manage customer loyalty programs.
  • Sales executives can also use the terminals to provide accurate and rich information to customers with minimal training.
  • Once customers find something interesting they can just go to the counter to buy-it! Moreover the customer management system allows your sales executives to follow up with the customers for further sales/offers
